Organisation of an independent satisfaction survey (partly by telephone), as well as extensive reporting for hallmark registration (BOREA) for specialised re-integration companies;

Establishment and support in implementation of outplacement processes in various organisations;

Organisation of various meetings including reservations etc.;

Establishment of a tool for integrated management and control of absenteeism through illness, in co-operation with a law firm (specialised in labour law) and a psychologist/education specialist (specialised in treating burn-outs).

Establishment of a strategic business plan for a restarting technical industrial company, as well as integrated (monthly) advice and supervision of the growth process as a whole;

Establishment, facilitation (incl. back office and personnel) and management of the Benelux branch of a German wholesaler in technical supplies.
